**Technical Design Development:

Being a full service clothing manufacturer, we start from scratch. If you do not have your technical designs / tech pack, you can simply share your rough drawing / sketches and our team will develop the same. 

 

**Material and Trims Sourcing:

Understanding the exclusivity of your clothing line, we have dedicated team for sourcing. Thankfully, we are located in the hub of worlds one of the biggest fabric markets which gives us competitive advantage to access all kinds of material and trims.

 

**Printing:

Your imagination gets a surface as we are equipped to offer all kinds of printing (digital, screen, block) which your collection may require. Furthermore, we also provide different washing effects or foiling requirement. 

 

**Fabric Dyeing:

Adding color to your collection is very easy with JR Clothing. Being equipped to offer mill dyeing services, you need to specify your color with shade card; rest is our responsibility to match your color specification. You can specify your color preference through Pantone shade code.

 

**Laser Cutting:

Our laser cutting service able to offer you the most detailed patterns you can imagine. Send us any vector file, or we can develop one for you from a drawing. Cutting precisely with scissors or blades can be very challenging. With laser cutting you can have repeatable clean cuts with a unmatched precision for your clothing.

 

**Interlining:

It is generally used in collar, cuffs, waist band, front facing of coat, outerwear plackets, jackets, blazers etc. We are able to offer all kinds of interlining for your style made out of cotton, nylon, polyester, wool and viscose; keeping focus on finishing which is necessary to improve its properties i.e. shrink resist finish, crease resist finish.

 

**Pleating:

Pleating is commonly used in Shirts, Blouses, Jackets, Skirts, and Kid’s Dresses. We are equipped to offer you almost all kinds of pleating services matching your requirement.

 

**Embroidery:

We do provide all kinds of hand as well as computer embroidery services incorporating other materials such as metal strips, pearls, beads, quills, and sequins.

 

**Smocking:

Smocking has been practical for garments to be both form fitting and flexible. Cotton and silk, lawn or voile is typical fiber choices under our Smocking services.

 

**Sequence and Bead Works:

Backed with in-house team, we do offer excellent workmanship for your sequence and bead works as well. 

 

**Custom Trims Development:

In private label clothing, custom trims are required at times meeting your exclusive design or brand identity. 

 

**Private Label and Tag:

We do develop all type of label, care label, size tag for your clothing line. All you need to share your design and rest we take care.

 

**Fabric Testing and Lab Dip:

We do fabric testing and lab dip through SGS which has been the most preferred partner and we share its report with you to be sure about the quality.

 

**Pattern Making:

You need not to invest your money and time in pattern making at your end. This is the step one and all your style goes through this process at our end. 

 

**Grading:

If your style is having multiple sizes, we do all grading work at our end only. We send you final graded sheet which you can check at your end and give your 'go ahead'.

 

**Sampling:

We do all kinds of sampling and take due approval before going for mass production. Sampling service is a part of production only.

 

**Fabric Cutting:

Equipped with modern fabric cutting tools, we do all sort of cutting in-house for your bulk production. 

 

**Sewing:

Be it one single sample or bulk production, our sewing team is facilitated to do all kinds of sewing matching your instruction.

 

**Finishing:

Under these services we typically do four things - cutting of unnecessary threads, washing, ironing and final touch up of each piece before it goes in the hand of quality control team. 

 

**Quality Control:

Our QC process is very robust which follow multi-level quality control starting from sampling stage to sewing stage. The final QC process takes place just before the packing.

 

**Packing and Dispatch:

Each piece of garment we pack in transparent poly pack followed corrugated boxing. Further, we also do freight forwarding, custom clearance and door-step delivery.
